Pre-Cut Your Panel Order to Match Your Design
Pre-Cut refers to work performed during panel manufacturing relative to cutting the overall stock panel into a custom shape that conforms to a specific use and location on the building structure as defined by the panel layout drawings. Pre-cutting takes the place of field fabrication and the majority of cutting operations (some field cutting may be necessary for certain building designs).We pre-cut your panel order to match your specific design and project specifications. This includes eaves, rakes, window & door openings, skylights, and bevel cuts. Pre-cutting speeds the enclosure of your timber frame, minimizes the potential for mistakes, and reduces on-site waste. Panels cut on Timberline’s computer controlled machine are cut with speed and precision. Each panel is labeled to correspond to your timber frame drawings for easy field identification.
