SIPs Manufacturing Services
Custom ManufacturingAll of our SIP packages are manufactured to each project’s individual requirements and specifications. Or, if you would like our assistance, Timberline will work with you to design the right enclosure system for your project. CAD-based manufacturing affords us the opportunity to value-engineer the SIP enclosure package we produce for you, thereby minimizing material and production costs.
Factory Pre-Cutting
We pre-cut your panel order to match your specific design and project specifications. Pre-cutting speeds the enclosure of your timber frame and reduces on-site waste. Each panel is labeled to correspond to your timber frame drawings for easy field identification. If you would prefer delivery of partially fabricated panels, we can accommodate your needs.
CAD Design Applications
Panel pre-cutting is standard with Timberline. If you aren’t sure of a particular window or door location, we can supply uncut panels for these locations and instructions for on-site fabrication. In all cases, we offer fully integrated frame and panel design.
Engineering Services
The Timberline panel system is pre-engineered and documented. Structural performance tables are readily available to your project engineer. We can also arrange services for full project engineering including the foundation, timber frame, SIP enclosure and other structural elements of your design.
Free Estimates
Pricing estimates are readily available when we receive scaled and accurate drawings. Our estimates are always completed in a timely manner and at no cost to you.
Builder Training
Timberline offers a builder orientation program several times per year. If you or your contractor would like to join us on a project, let us know and we’ll assist with the arrangements.
On-Site Technical Assistance
The learning curve for building contractors unfamiliar with structural insulated panels is very short. If your contractor would prefer to install the panel package with his own crew, but would appreciate the benefit of experienced hands-on assistance, we’ll provide a trained field supervisor for this purpose. Supervised contractor-crew installation is often the most cost-effective approach.
Installation Options
Timberline will provide you with the level of panel installation services you need. From full installation to on-site supervision, we’ll make the arrangements.
